Terms & Service Agreement

1. Overview & Scope

Juan Navarro (“Sigmalete Health&Fitness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates the SIGMALETE H&F app and platform, which delivers personalized fitness programming, lifestyle strategies, and nutrition coaching.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to this policy. We may update it from time to time; material changes will be shared in the app.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account: Your email address and a private password created at sign-up (or your Google sign-in).
  • Personal information: Name, age, sex, phone, physical metrics, and health history needed to customize training and nutrition targets.
  • Progress photos & data: Photos, body measurements, and performance logs used only to monitor your progress.
  • Payments: Card details are entered on and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data: Browser type, device information, and approximate location used to keep the app stable and secure.

3. Reviewing & Correcting Your Data

You can review and update your profile in the app. To correct other information or ask us to stop using your data, email sigmaletehnf@outlook.com. Restricting data use may require suspending coaching services.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Building and monitoring your training programs and meal plans.
  • Enforcing our terms, processing recurring billing, and preventing fraud.
  • Fixing bugs and improving the app.
  • We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and access is restricted to you and your coaches. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we are not liable for breaches outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable Use

Attempting to bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities, spread malware, or send spam is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Communications

We use your contact information for notifications, coaching check-ins, and updates. You can opt out of promotional messages via the unsubscribe link or by emailing sigmaletehnf@outlook.com.

8. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information if required by court order, law enforcement request, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sigmalete Health&Fitness. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from your independent use of training services delivered through the app.

9. HIPAA Disclaimer

Our services are not covered by HIPAA. Information you voluntarily log in this fitness app is not a protected medical record.

10. Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time by messaging your coach in the app or emailing sigmaletehnf@outlook.com. Data is removed promptly unless retention is legally required (for example tax, accounting, or an active dispute). Your signed service agreement may be kept for legal records.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy works together with our Master Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
